Let Us Draw Near

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Hebrews 10:22

Drawing near with a true heart is the first condition of acceptable approach to God for true worship. We can honor God with our lips, but we can worship Him with our heart. True worship is heart worship.

This is where it all starts.

May we remove the distractions of life from our minds and take the time to worship our Father. And why should we do this? Because He is our God, our praise, and our joy.

    "Drawing near with a true heart is the first condition of acceptable approach to God for true worship." - As I've been reading the OT, it's become SUPER clear how important (and deceptive) the condition of our hearts are!!! I pray that God gives us hearts for HIM! :)
